What PăcăStop is

PăcăStop is a support app for people who want to quit betting and slot machines. It gives you tools — blocking, a panic button, a savings counter, ranks — but it does not replace professional help. It exists on iPhone (iOS) and on Android; the terms below are the same on both, and wherever something differs between them we say so explicitly.

Not medical or financial advice

The information in the app is motivational and educational. If you or someone close to you has a problem with gambling, seek professional help. In Romania you can call Joc Responsabil · 0800 800 099 free of charge.

Responsible use

You use the app at your own risk, as a support tool. We do not guarantee any particular outcome — success depends on you. Please do not deliberately circumvent the blocking features.

Subscriptions and payments

A paid subscription is required

Access to the app requires a paid subscription. There is no free trial.

The plans

You can choose a monthly or a yearly subscription — both renew automatically — or a one-time lifetime purchase, which does not renew. The price in Romanian lei (RON) is shown in the app and in the store before you confirm the payment. Prices can change over time and can differ from country to country, so the one that applies is the one displayed at that moment.

Automatic renewal

The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew by themselves at the end of the period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is taken through your store account, not by us.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled by the store, not by us — we cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf and cannot issue a refund in the store’s place. You handle both from your account’s subscription settings:

• on iPhone — App Store subscriptions;
• on Android — Google Play subscriptions.

If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Purchases stay on the platform you bought them on

A subscription bought on iPhone does not carry over to Android, and vice versa. Apple and Google are separate payment systems, and we cannot move a purchase from one store to the other. If you switch from iPhone to Android or the other way round, you need a new subscription there.

Intellectual property

The PăcăStop name, logo, texts and design belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version is always available here, with the date of the last update at the top.
